That means realizing your strengths, which you can develop through hard work and effort, and also addressing your weaknesses, which you can improve by becoming more aware of them.

Power of Visualization.
One of the most powerful things you can do is to visualize. Visualize the best version of yourself. You must see yourself as being the best you can be before you can be the best you. Imagine the feeling of already having accomplished your goals, and replay that experience in your life.
The power of visualization is not to be underestimated. Visualization has been shown to be a valuable technique for solving problems, creating goals, clarifying decisions, and achieving success. The reason for this is that the subconscious mind is where all creative energy and power resides. The subconscious mind is responsible for motivating you to act, react, and respond to thoughts and feelings from within.
Power of People.

This is true, to some extent, especially when you are influenced by the collective actions or attitude of the 5 people; whether good or bad. This quote to me is about the people you mix with often that would impact your growth; successes, perspective, or emotions. The reason why I say ‘to some extent’ is because whether the 5 people have an influence over you AND whether all 5 have the same actions or attitude. If each has their own actions, then there will be little to no influence to what you can become. Here’s an example: in a group of 5, if everyone is talking about business and are enthusiastic to build their business but you have no knowledge about building a business but are intrigue by the discussions. Chances are, you may have the feeling of wanting to build a business of your own. The same goes to having either positive or negative people around you.
Power of Affirmations
In my previous article, I talked about being a child who was fearless in what can be done when the child hears “You can do it”, “That’s alright, give it another try.” or “You are great!”. That feeling of being unstoppable and willing to take the risk becomes real that you will try anything. As we grow older, we are clouded with doubts and the child-like feeling is hidden somewhere. Affirmations is when you tell yourself, “Yes, I can do it”. It affirms yourself that you really can do it. But if you tell yourself, “No, I can’t”, that too affirms yourself that you really cannot do it. Charge yourself up with positive affirmations daily.
Power of Health & Nutrition
Staying healthy is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. It is not just about feeling good, being healthy also means living longer and being able to do the things you enjoy every day. This contributes to being the best version of yourself. The first step to being healthy is knowing how to eat right. If you’re not getting enough of the nutrients that your body needs, your skin will show it. You can be eating a balanced diet and not get the vitamins and minerals that you need. The second step is to engage in physical activities, such as swimming, strength training, and yoga. These actions not only help maintain mental fitness and physical fitness levels but also promote weight loss, reduce stress, burn off excess calories, reduce aches and pains from sitting for long periods of time at the desk or on the couch watching TV all day.
Power of Learning
‘Learning never stops’. In today’s world, information and knowledge is almost everywhere. And, there is a lot to learn in today’s world. It is important to stay curious and open-minded because you never know what you will learn next. As I believe, learning is a lifelong process; a lifelong learning. It can either be formalized through institutions like schools, or it can be informal with parents and friends teaching one another. Learning is, by definition, an acquisition of knowledge or skill.
It may be scary, at first, when you learn something totally new but it’s worth the risk because it can lead to all sorts of life-changing moments. Imagine meeting your business partner or potential customers, for instance, if you never took any risks? Imagine how different life would be.
Power of Mind
A positive mindset is important because it can help us to make better decisions. It can also help us to keep a healthy lifestyle and be more productive. When we have a positive mindset, we are able to see the good things in our lives instead of all the negative aspects. This helps us to feel happier and work better with other people. Building a positive mindset takes exercise. Not the physical kind but rather the mental kind. Feed your mind with the right drive. It can be, as one of my mentor said it, ‘B.T.S.’. No, not the group but rather:
- Books. Read books. Books that will grow your mind.
- Tapes. Listen to tapes or, as technology evolves, listen to audio programs or podcast.
- Stages. Generally, when there are seminars, workshops or keynotes, most of the time, there will always be a stage; whether elevated or an area for the speaker. A stage where like-minded people gather to listen to the speaker deliver an impactful speech.
It is important to have a positive mindset for many reasons. Positive people are more successful than negative people in almost every aspect of their lives. Studies have shown that positive thinkers improve their health, have better relationships and are even more productive at work.
