Confidence is the most essential characteristic of any human being, and it is necessary for you to feel like you can conquer any problem in life. This is why there are many self-help books and seminars on how to be confident, but these often contain general tips that do not apply to all individuals.
Self-Care Tips. During this pandemic, I’m sure there are a majority of us who have been affected by it either directly or indirectly. The Covid-19 pandemic has put a stress on our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing. I recall the challenge of working from home not just for me but the whole family. Everyone lock down in the house for an extended period of time. I do hope that everyone takes care of themselves and their family during this time.
