<p><strong>Our environment influences our personality</strong>, and our current environment does affect how our brain processes information. We feel things differently because the brain constantly changes, and our character changes over time to reflect these changes.</p>



<p>Each day we&#8217;re surrounded by countless influences – TV, the media, radios, your home – and we tend to be more judgmental than ever. It&#8217;s important to stay true to yourself and find things that help you.</p>



<p>It is difficult for everyone to change the way they think and behave. Often, we are influenced by what others think or do in their lives, which is a component of learning and acceptance. The best way is to be your own influencer and let you influence others instead of being affected by them.</p>



<p><strong>Humour.</strong> In life, it is essential to laugh at yourself. If you get mad at yourself for your mistakes, you&#8217;ll end up feeling insecure and embarrassed. It&#8217;s also important to laugh when others make you angry, or otherwise, they&#8217;ll take advantage of your weakness. Humor is the most effective way to feel good about yourself. When you laugh at life, you can move on from your problems with ease. Laughing is also the best way to influence others positively.</p>



<p><strong>Hunger.</strong> As you get older, you go through different stages of development. As a child, your hunger gets bigger. You are hungry for more knowledge, time with family and friends, new experiences. As an adult, your hunger is to exercise your body and mind to better yourself.</p>



<p>Many benefits come from learning how to accept the things that have happened in your life. You can focus on what you can do and move on from what you cannot do. To fully accept your current situation, you must be aware of what is going on around you and be mindful of the emotions that come with it.</p>

<p>The word &#8220;fearless&#8221; is defined as the feeling of overcoming one&#8217;s fears. Many people feel this way when they achieve a goal or see someone they like. Fearless can also be achieved by remembering an event from the past or many other things. But &#8216;fearless&#8217; comes from &#8216;fear&#8217;. So what is fear?</p>



<p><a href="https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/fear" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Fear</a> is a normal human emotion that is not always bad. It helps us to avoid danger and prepare ourselves for the future. However, it can turn into a dangerous emotion when we let it rule our lives and make us paralyzed with fear.</p>



<p>Fear has been described as &#8220;an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief or expectation of danger.&#8221; We experience this sensation when we feel threatened and believe that either we or someone else is in some form of danger. Fearfulness can be experienced in many different forms:</p>



<p>* <em>Physical fear:</em> This type of fear can manifest itself as a feeling of numbness, shaking, sweating, trembling, nausea, rapid heart rate, breathlessness and an increased startle response.</p>



<p>* <em>Social fear: </em>The feeling of shyness and timidity that social anxiety brings may lead to a variety of symptoms such as nausea, shaking, and an inability to speak.</p>

<p>There are many qualities to a person who does not fear anything. One of the most important qualities is to never regret anything in life. It is important to go after what you want and not let anybody else’s opinion stop you from getting it. Another quality of a fearless person is that they can be bold without being reckless.</p>



<p>These people are brave, courageous, and strong-willed. They take chances and do not let what other people think about them bother them. The last quality of a fearless person is that they take risks and do not fear failure.</p>



<p>Fearless people are not deterred by the possibility of failure. This can manifest in different ways. For example, a fearless person might be the type of person who jumps headfirst into something or a fearless person might be the type of person who takes a calculated risk before jumping in. Both persons know that there will be failures but most importantly, they are ready to learn from it and move forward. Despite the setbacks, they are often determined to find solutions where others give up, or willing to try something new even if it doesn&#8217;t work out every time.</p>



<p>This is opposed to someone who just jumps in blindly and once failure happens, they give up instantly.</p>

<p>However, if there is any uncertainty about what will happen then there’s a chance that you will feel fear or worry about the future, but those feelings are only temporary and will soon pass once you take that one crucial first step.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Fearless Tip #3: Reflection</h3>



<p>It’s not common for people to share their mistakes publicly because of the fear of being judged. The best way to overcome your fear is to get better at it.</p>



<p>The public nature of mistakes can help other people who are struggling with the same problem, and will be less likely to make the same mistake in the future.</p>

Reflection may seem like just reflecting on your experiences but you can also reflect on others and what you can learn from their actions. Reflecting on experiences is a great way to grow personally and professionally. <p>It’s possible that looking at the bright side of life is something not innate in us. It is something that we have to work on, because at times, it’s not our natural state. When we forgot to click ‘save’ on a proposal we were working on, when our kids spilled the milk all over the sofa or when the weather caused us to get held up in the mall. One of our first reaction would be frustration, anger or even blame. Although some things are out of our control, our outlook is something that we control.</p>

<p>In today’s world, we may be pushing our body to the limit, whether it’s working late night or eating fast food because, well, it’s faster. As much as the tips presented in this post may help you, your health should be priority number 1. You are in the position to achieve your goal better when your health is in tip top condition. Take care of your health.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">6. Fill Your Mind With Positivity</h3>



<p>One of the things that a mentor of mine shared was to have a mobile university. A university is often seen as a place of knowledge and mobile university is bringing that place of knowledge with you. Most of us would have a phone or smartphone that can store audios and videos. Store educational and motivational items. Listen to them. Watch them.</p>

<p>In one of our previous post, we shared about the importance of sleep. Never underestimate what a good rest can do for you. You can be energized by it.</p>

<p>When you coach others, you share what you know and this helps, not just the people you coach but also yourself. You retain the information, reinforce your knowledge base, and develop communication skills.</p>

<p>As much as we want to arrive at our destination, sometimes we forget about the process or journey to get there. <em><a href="https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/24142-life-is-a-journey-not-a-destination" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Ralph Waldo Emerson</a></em> says,</p>

<p>The motivation in life are not always easy to find. We often find ourselves looking for motivation in the strangest ways. Sometimes we need help to look at the bigger picture and get out of our own head. Life can be hard but it can also be beautiful, and you should make sure you take time to reflect on both these aspects.</p>
